İdi &amp;ccedil;&amp;uuml;nk&amp;uuml; bu adetler artık uygulanmıyor unutuluyor&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hem unutulmaması hem de &amp;ccedil;ok lezzetli olduğu i&amp;ccedil;in ara sıra pişiriyorum&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hamuru erişte hamuru gibi yapılıp kesilerek kurutuluyor,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Et tercihen koyun eti haşlanarak suyu ve eti kullanılıyor,(tavuk eti ile de oluyor)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Haşlanmış nohut,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Terbiyesi i&amp;cc..
